A wedding movie is the only way you can capture your day in motion: the toasts, the dancing, the way you laugh at one another. trilobyte pictures views each couple's wedding as a new story. We don't just videotape your wedding, we produce an artistic documentary with professional video editing techniques. Our cameras are an unobtrusive eye--we catch what we see instead of arranging something to catch.

WEDDING VIDEO GLOSSARY
We have designed this glossary to help you better understand the terminology of our packages.
Comprehensive Video: The comprehensive video sequences are edited to include two camera angles. With two cameras running, we can catch twice as many moments! Comprehensive ceremony videos include the whole ceremony—no part of the wedding ceremony is removed from the video, but the footage is edited together so that the best possible camera angle is used all times. The comprehensive toasts video also cuts two camera angles together to add more style and visual variety to the toast footage. The comprehensive dancing video similarly covers more angles, and therefore leads to better overall coverage and editing.
Custom Menu DVD: Having a “menued” DVD is the most organized way we can create your wedding video, especially in the case of our more inclusive packages. With options like “play ceremony,” “play photo montage,” and “play highlights only,” the viewer can skip to only the portions of the video they wish to see without having to fast forward through the entire video.
Editing: In professional video editing, the editor does more than just “cut out” parts of the footage. Video editing involves many stylistic and technical choices on the editor’s part. Selecting the best clips and footage is only the first step—smooth transitions, music selection, and special effects between clips make raw footage into a real movie.
One Camera Operator vs. Two Camera Operators: One camera operator is the most economical option, but it leaves little room for variation in camera angles or smooth transitions between shots. Two cameras is the most ideal option for weddings.
Photo Slideshow: Set to your favorite music, our photo slideshows are a digital montage of your favorite photographs. Many couples choose both baby photos and photos from their childhood in addition to photos of their courtship for this type of montage.
Pre-Ceremony Footage: “Getting ready,” “flowers,” “photo shoots,” and all other pre-ceremony activities fall into this category.
Wedding Highlights Video: To create the wedding highlights video, we take the very best shots from your wedding and edit them to your choice of music. The soundtrack for our wedding highlights videos is a combination of music and the actual audio from your wedding. It’s the perfect way to share the best moments of your wedding with family and friends!
Unlimited Footage: This means exactly what it says—we will stay for as much of your pre-ceremony or reception as you would like and capture as much on tape as you ask us to capture.
